This very humble man made only four colossal statues of himself on the outside. Inside there are approximately 4 gazillion carvings of himself. Quite elaborate and beautiful, and mostly of the mighty man smiting his enemies.

I see I am not the only one who is speechless at these sights!! Now I'm waiting for the sounds and smells, now that I've seen the sights;-> Can't wait to hear "the rest of the story..." But VERY sorry to hear that you've been plagued with illness during this amazing trip, Anna. What a shame! and what a hassle, too, I'm sure!
